(EN) Bookending Spring: The Spring Cleaning Book Tag

I’m back for Bookending spring! I had to drop out of some prompts as I did something cimilar recently and I was quite busy. Today I’m doing a prompt by Amanda and she created a Spring Cleaning Book Tag!

Tag rules:

  • Link back to the original post
  • Tag as many friends as you want
  • Have fun!

1. Getting started: A book series you’ve been wanting to read

I have two series for this question. First, The Testing by Joelle Charbonneau since this series is on my TBR for forever. Second, The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken, just like Amanda. However, I heard mixed things about that one and I’m starting to loose interest. In both series actually.

2. Cleaning/organizing the closet: The best way to organize books

Since I don’t read physical books, i can’t answer this question.

3. Getting rid of unnecessary things: Book/series you no longer need

Ohhhhh there are a lot of them! Mainly thrillers, but also the Lara Jean and DIMILY series. Unfortunately I can’t get rid of them since you can’t delete ebooks. Especially not when you bought them from Apple.

4. Get some air: Your favorite light-hearted read

I’m not one for the fluffy stuff, but probably The Royals series by Erin Watt. However that’s not really light hearted. Hmmmmmm.

5. Clean out the kitchen cupboards: Favorite food-themed read

The only food-themed book I can think of is Heartless by Marissa Meyer and that’s even partially food-themed. However I didn’t like that book, the only book by this author I DNF’ed.

6. Dust the shelves: What’s the fifth book on your bookshelf?

OK, I will count from my iPad and the fifth book is…… The Girl On The Train by Paula Hawkins. I counted upwards, from old to new. However, I really didn’t like this book LOL.

7. Wishing for the end: A 2019 release you’re really excited about

The Queen Of Nothing by Holly Black because YES we will get this early! Instead of Jan 7, 2020, we will get it on Nov 19! Can’t wait and I nearly SCREAMT when I saw it on Twitter.

8. Long but satisfying: The longest book series you’ve read

Pretty Little Liars, but I couldn’t handle it anymore after book 12. So, I’d better pick Throne Of Glass here.

I won’t tag anyone in particular, so consider yourselves tagged. Are you a Spring cleaner?
