Yet another week has passed by and I’ve had kind of a productive reading week. Finished a book I struggled with, started a book which turned out to be a big read and finished some more books. But what did I actually read? Find out more!

Last week
In last week’s WWW-Wednesday, I discussed the struggle I had with Fractured by Dani Atkins. I thought of DNF’ing it altogether, but luckily the weather was lovely and I could finish it that same day. Unfortunately, I didn’t really enjoy it and therefore it ended with a 2 star rating.

Furthermore, I finished Anna & The French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. Since I was already 60% done when my previous WWW-Wednesday got published, this was not a hard job to do.

The third and final book I finished the past week was Amal Unbound by Aisha Saeed. This was a very quick and easy read since it’s a middle-grade book. My review got published yesterday.

Currently reading
Last week I started An Ember In The Ashes by Sabaa Tahir. I thought that this would be a quick and easy read, but the book has many more pages than I expected and therefore is not a quick and easy read. Im enjoying the ride though!

I also started Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock by Matthew Quick and I have the feeling that this will be a very quick read as well. I’m not sure what to think about it yet though. This book is part of the tackle my TBR project since it has been on my Storytel bookshelf for over a year now.

Next week
The first book I will be picking up after finishing one of my current reads is definitely Restore Me by Tahereh Mafi. The Dutch ebook is finally available yay! I’ve waited so long for this book to release and now I can finally read it.

Besides Restore Me, I think I will finally start reading Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. This book has been on my TBR for ages as well and it was one of the choices for one of my bookclubs, but didn’t make it. However, I’m really curious for this book since it sounds so dark and twisted.

What will you be reading next?
