WWW-Wednesday is a meme I’ve seen on a lot of blogs, so I have no idea who came up with it first. The purpose of this meme is pretty simple: tell us what you have read last week, what you are currently reading and what you will be reading next. You do so by answering the following questions:

  • What have you read last week?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What will you be reading next?

What have you read last week?

At first, I managed to finish The starless sea by Erin Morgenstern. This book started out quite good, but it became very confusing and even dragging towards the end. I wanted this book to be done with and that’s not a good sign.

I finally picked up Circe by Madeline Miller and I managed to finish that over the weekend.

This behaviour is probably recognisable for many of you, your TBR is huge but you end up rereading a book? Well, this happened to me too and I reread both Shatter me and Destroy me by Tahereh Mafi. I flew through these books.

Finally, I picked up an original Dutch book, Meer dan ooit by Marina Folkers and I finished it as well.

What are you currently reading?

The queen of nothing by Holly Black arrived yesterday morning, so I immediately started reading it.

Furthermore, I’m rereading Throne of glass by Sarah J. Maas, because why not?

What will you be reading next?

In any case Now is everything by Amy Giles for an online book club. Furthermore, I might be starting The eighth life by Nino Haratischwili, but I will do that in Dutch. First of all, the English version has not been out yet and the book is nearly 1300 pages long.

So far, this week’s WWW. What is yours?
