WWW-Wednesday #13 | 4 July 2018

Another week has gone, another WWW-Wednesday post is up! I’m still trying to schedule and balance working, reading and blogging, but I think I managed well this week.

Last week
Actually I had to update last week’s post, but nah. Why? I managed to finish The Art Of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson right before midnight and therefore a few hours before the post was going up. However, I didn’t feel like switching on my laptop again and so I didn’t update.

Furthermore, I read Moonrise by Sarah Crossan for a book club and it was a nope for me. My review will be online on Saturday and it’s in Dutch.

A book I mainly read in the train was Queen Of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas. It’s a big book and therefore it took me much longer than reading usually takes me. My review will be up this afternoon in fact. Also in Dutch, since I started reviewing this series in Dutch.

Currently reading
I started rereading Cinder by Marissa Meyer before last week’s article and I’m not finished yet. But it doesn’t really matter since this is a reread and my focus is on books I’m reading for the first time. However, I’m getting closer to the end and I’m still in love.

Eliza And Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia is a book I started last Friday. I got into it very quickly and manage to finish 1/3 of this book already that same evening. However, I can’t seem to get into it anymore. I’m quite bored and I struggle picking it up and continue reading. I will try my best to finish it asap, but my expectations definitely aren’t met.

Finally, I started Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend and so far, so good!

It’s a children’s book but honestly it’s a really nice read for (young) adults as well. Unfortunately I’m reading it in Dutch, because the English audiobook is not available on Storytel.

Next
I will finally be picking up The Problem With Forever by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I was supposed to read this earlier, but I don’t know, I didn’t do it it seems.

Also, I will finally be reading One Of Us Is Lying by Karen M. McManus. I found this book back in last Monday’s down the TBR hole and I really want to pick this thing up now. It turns out to be on my TBR for a whole year now and that’s quite long for the good things I hear about this book.

Now tell me guys, what books did you read last?
