Today I am writing a recap of the months July, August and September. These months were actually pretty good reading wise, so here we go!
July was boiling hot, which meant that I could read outside. I read 10 books and reread 3 books. My least favourite book is Letters To The Lost by Brigid Kemmerer. I DNF’ed both Riders by Veronica Rossi and One Of Us Is Lying by Karen McManus. These books didn’t work for me. My favourite book of this month is A Darker Shade Of Magic by V. E. Schwab and the biggest surprise was Girl At War by Sara Novic.
It was less hot in August, but we still had great weather. I reread 1 book and actually read 16 books. Yes, I was surprised myself. My favourite book was The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid and my least favourite book was Love, Hate, And Other Filters by Samira Ahmed. I DNF’ed Final Girls by Riley Sager, I couldn’t take it anymore halfway through. The biggest surprise of this month was Most Of All You by Mia Sheridan, I recommend you guys to read this book.
September was my birthday month and I actually still managed to read outside as we still had great weather. I again read 16 books and there were a lot of surprises for me. My biggest surprise however was Paper Princess by Erin Watt. I thought that I would hate this one, but it turned out to be the opposite. My favourite read of the month was Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout and my least favourite books were both Showstopper by Hayley Barker and Ash Princess by Laura Sebastian. I finished all books I started this month, yay!
This was my recap of July, August and September. What were your favourite books of these months?
